Graffiti girl

Molly had a play date down at Venice beach today. She had a great time with some more of her China friends. I stole away to take her for a little modeling session down by these big walls that are covered in (legal) graffiti. They also paint the trees nearby. Just a few good shots of our happy girl.

More Molly

Just a few new pictures. I finally made it home at a reasonable hour tonight so I had some light to go outside and shoot a few with Molly. She's quite the little model. She takes direction really well. "Stand there" "Look at me" "Lay down" all with no complaint. And as soon as I'm done shooting she rushes over to look at the pictures. Will she be a model or a photo editor?

Maybel Love

On Monday Maybel was digging in the yard and got into something and snapped off part of her top right canine. We knew something was wrong when she didn't eat lunch or dinner and that is when Eric discovered she had broken her tooth. Eric ran to the store to buy her some soft canned dog food and she ate as normal, we were quite relieved because it's just not like our girl not to eat. We took her to her Vet the next morning and he sent us to a dental specialist that squeezed us in after speaking with our Vet. After hearing our options we decided to have the tooth removed and she is back at the doggy dentist today. Our girl is getting older and we get very nervous when ever she has to go under anesthesia. Today will be a long day and we can't wait to pick our girl up tonight give her a big smooch and spoil her with love!

Molly's birthday party photos

It seems now that summer is here it is becoming more difficult to keep up with our posting, but we will do our best to keep up with the blog between family visiting, going to the beach and play dates with friends.

Molly's birthday was on June 15th(Father's Day)! The celebration started on Friday with Grandma, Grandpa, Aunt Gretchen and Uncle Brian. Her birthday party was on Saturday with 17 of her little friends, and a live performance from her teachers at Toddle Tunes. We finished the weekend off on Father's Day with Molly's first theater experience and saw the Wizard of Oz. Molly was so happy all weekend long, surrounded by so much love and happiness from family and friends she was just glowing.

It was a perfect weekend and we thank all of you who participated and made it so special.
